Minister of special duties and intergovernmental affairs, Hon Zaphaniah Bitrus Jisalo, has felicitated with Nigerians on the auspicious occasion of New Year’s Day and called for collective efforts to combat the country’s challenges.
A press statement signed by the ministry’s head of press and protocol, Mrs Anastasia Ogbonna, indicated that the minister made the call in his Abuja residence when he addressed party men and well-wishers who visited him.
While extending President Bola Tinubu’s gratitude for what he described as the citizens’ unwavering support,
Jisalo, enjoined all to be patient and to embrace the Renewed Hope Agenda encapsulated in the 8-point Agenda aimed at creating opportunities that will address the socio-economic development of the country.
“As we embark on this new chapter, let us reflect on the resilience that defines our great nation. Despite challenges, our collective strength and spirit have always prevailed. This year, let us commit to fostering a sense of togetherness that transcends any obstacle. May the New Year bring forth prosperity and growth, not only for individuals but the nation as a whole. Let us strive to build a Nigeria where every citizen contributes to the tapestry of success”.
“As we celebrate the possibilities of the coming months, let unity be our guiding principle. Together, we can overcome any challenge and forge a brighter future for Nigeria,” he advised.
