Multi-Trex Integrated Foods Lists 1.72bn ACShares On NGX

Multi-Trex Integrated Foods Plc has listed additional 1.720 billion ordinary shares of 50 kobo each on the daily official list of Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).

The NGX in a statement said, “the additional shares listed on NGX arose from the Company’s private placement of 1.720 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N1.89 per share. With the listing of the additional shares, the total issued and fully paid-up shares of Multi-Trex Integrated Foods have now increased from 4.511 billion to 6.231 billion ordinary shares of 50 kobo each.”

Multi-Trex Integrated Foods Plc processes cocoa beans in Nigeria and produces and markets cocoa products and cocoa-based consumer products for the local market and for export. Products produced by Multi-Trex Integrated Foods Plc include cocoa liquor, cocoa cake mix, cocoa butter, cocoa powder and chocolate powder. The company exports its cocoa products to markets in Europe.
