Natures Gentle Touch has stepped its role in shaping the future of younger Nigerians through the provision of scholarship opportunities for individuals at its hair institute in Ikeja Government Reserved Areas (GRA), Lagos.

Speaking on the scholarship, the chief executive officer of the company, Chijioke Anaele, said this is the organisation‘s intervention in today’s world, where youth unemployment represents a mounting global concern.
He said, „Natures Gentle Touch Hair Institute offers scholarship opportunities to individuals who are desirous of establishing a career in cosmetology.
„Shortlisted candidates are offered free three years’ training at the Natures Gentle Touch Hair Institute.
„The training is an intensive theory and practical sessions in the art and science of hair styling, scalp care and salon management.
„Successful candidates have the opportunity to be selected for automatic employment with attractive remuneration at the Institute.
„The Natures Gentle Touch Hair Institute was established with a mission to bridge the gap in beauty and style knowledge, and to use its platform to empower individuals with the skills, confidence, and connection to exploit the immense potential in the beauty, style, and personal care industry,“ he said.
Anaele revealed that the institute has trained 28 batches of Cosmetologists through its scholarship scheme, adding the next session will be announced, as soon as the current batch is done.
The Institute, which began operations in 2006, offers short-duration courses for qualified and practicing stylists with courses covering technical, commercial and management skills needed for a successful salon business and career.
