Laddar Africa has launched a cloud-based business communication solution, Laddar Voice, designed to help organisations streamline customer engagement and address long-standing challenges caused by fragmented communication systems.

The fintech firm said the platform provides businesses with a centralised infrastructure for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, with tools that enhance visibility, accountability, and service delivery across teams.

According to the company, many businesses still depend on disconnected communication channels, including personal phone lines and informal messaging systems, which often limit oversight and create inconsistencies in customer service.

Laddar Africa explained that Laddar Voice was developed to consolidate business communication into a single system that supports sales, customer service, collections, and operational teams, particularly those operating across multiple locations.

The platform features dedicated business phone numbers, call recording, real-time call monitoring, centralised conversation logs, performance tracking, and remote team management capabilities. It also incorporates AI-powered insights to help businesses analyse communication patterns and improve decision-making.

The company noted that the solution is especially relevant as organisations increasingly adopt hybrid and remote work models that require flexible, cloud-based tools to maintain operational efficiency.

It further stated that businesses can access Laddar Voice and request product demonstrations through its official website, as part of efforts to accelerate adoption of more structured and technology-driven communication systems.
