In his inaugural address, Mr. Nnam expressed gratitude for the warm reception and acknowledged his longstanding familiarity with several staff members. He described the Ministry as a critical engine in disseminating government policies and programs.

“I have known some of the wonderful people here for a long time, and I am confident that our working relationship will remain positive and productive,” he said. “The Ministry plays a crucial role in national development, and we must work collectively to deliver on our shared mandate.”Nnam underscored the importance of accelerating internal reforms in line with the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan 2025 (FCSSIP25).

He noted that the Ministry has yet to go live on the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform, urging immediate action to align with the civil service’s broader digital transformation.

“We must rise to the occasion. The Ministry cannot afford to lag while others advance with reforms,” he stated. “Let us commit to working harder and smarter to meet our objectives.”
