A non-governmental organisation (NGO), Community Impact Affinity (CIA) and a firm, Strategic Defence Systems Limited, have reiterated their commitment to strengthening national security in the country.
The founding chairman of CIA, Wilson Babangida-Agboti and the CEO of Strategic Defence Systems Ltd, Major Wael Al-Taki (Rtd), gave this during a strategic engagement in Abuja.
Facilitated by the Special Envoy on Education, International Forum for Peace and Diplomacy (IFPD), Queen Irene-Onwuka, the meeting explored sustainable solutions to tackling insecurity across the country.
According to Agboti, the move is aimed at advancing the defence industry in alignment with the vision of the Minister of Defence, Gen. Christopher Musa (Rtd), President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda on national security.
He reaffirmed ClA’s commitment to prioritising Nigeria’s national interests and supporting sustainable defence and intelligence-driven solutions to keep the nation safe and united.
“As a defence and development consultant, I will continue to champion initiatives and programs that promote security for all,” Agboti said.
