Niger APC Receives 4,780 Defectors

The North-Central zone vice chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC)  Alhaji  Mu’azu Bawa has  received 4, 780 defectors from various political parties.

The event took place at the flagging off of Niger North senatorial zone campaign of the party  in Kontagora, the zonal headquarters.

He said 87 of the defectors were officials of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and 261 were women, as well as  173 men from the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP).

Bawa said the APC was ready to create enabling environment for citizens to enable them excel in their various political endeavours.

Meanwhile, the gubernatorial candidate of the APC in Niger State, Hon Umar Mohammed Bago has assured that he will complete all the ongoing projects initiated by the present administration across the state.
