Professionals operating under the aegis of Nigeria Professionals Forum (NPF) have declared their support for the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu and his running mate, Sen. Kashim Shettima, saying Nigeria needs tested hands to pilot its affairs at this critical time.

According to the professionals it is not ideal to sit on the fence and allow those who have no business with governance take over the affairs of country, noting that their desire to support Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Shettima follows an extensive consultation with various stakeholders across the country on their political alignment as 2023 approaches.

Speaking with journalists after a courtesy visit to the National Director General of APC Professionals Council in Lagos yesterday the leader of the delegation and the National President of NPF, Engr. Richard Okon said several milestones are associated with the former Lagos State governor both as a political leader, a mentor, administrator and nationalist which makes him a perfect fit to lead the country in 2023.

“If you look across the country today, there are only a few people who can match Asiwaju’s pedigree in terms of administrative prowess and leadership dexterity.”
