The speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emmanuel Emeruwa, has said there is no element of deceit in Governor Alex Otti’s administration.

Emeruwa and others spoke to LEADERSHIP in Umuahia, the state capital, as different sections of the state have been reflecting on the administration’s second anniversary.
