Enyimba have lauded the performance of veteran striker Brown Ideye in the win over Kano Pillars.
Ideye netted the second goal for the People’s Elephant in a 2-1 win against Kano Pillars at the Enyimba International Stadium on Saturday.
The former Super Eagles forward also won the Man of the Match award.
Ideye has netted twice for Enyimba in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) this season.
“That Elephant performance from Brown Ideye after coming on to give Enyimba victory also winning the NBL ‘Man of the Match’ award..,” Enyimba wrote on their Facebook.
Enyimba climbed to seventh position in the table with 49 points from 34 matches.
