The ceremony took place yesterday at the NSC Secretariat, where Maj. Gen. Maikano Abdulahi, President of the Organisation of Military Sports in Africa and Vice-President of the International Military Sports Council, acknowledged the induction as a recognition of Mallam Dikko’s significant contributions towards the successful hosting of the recent Africa Military Games in Abuja.

Maj. Gen. Abdulahi remarked, “The last Africa Military Games was successful largely due to the support of the NSC under his leadership. We have also taken note of the ongoing sports reforms in Nigeria under his guidance. We look forward to further collaborations for the advancement of sports in Nigeria, Africa, and the world at large.”
