The eagle eyes of the NSCDC operatives averted what could have turned a black Easter Sunday in the area.

The suspect, whose identity remains undisclosed, was apprehended on Sunday morning at about 8:30 a.m. during a routine patrol by NSCDC operatives around the church compound.

LEADERSHIP reports that some communities in Bokkos were recently attacked by gunmen, leading to the death of several persons.

It was further gathered that the suspect could not provide any satisfactory explanation or legal documentation for the gun in his possession.
