The Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF) has extended its congratulations to the Nigerian volleyball clubs that represented the nation at the recent 2026 CAVB Zone 3 Club Championship in Ghana, following their remarkable displays in both the men’s and women’s competitions.

In the women’s tournament, Vipers Volleyball Club secured the silver medal, while Nigeria Customs Service Volleyball Club clinched the bronze, triumphing over Ghana Police Volleyball Club with a decisive 3–0 victory (25–21, 25–7, 25–20).

The men’s category also saw a strong showing from Nigeria Customs Service Volleyball Club, who earned a silver medal after reaching the regional championship final.

Musa Nimrod, President of the Nigeria Volleyball Federation, praised the players, coaches, and management for their commitment, resilience, and patriotic representation of Nigeria. He stated that the clubs’ performances underscore the consistent progress and competitive edge of Nigerian volleyball in West Africa.
