General Tarfa expressed his gratitude for NYSC’s continued support for the Nigerian Army Resource Centre. He noted that the tour would provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of NYSC operations and its prospects, emphasizing the Scheme’s importance in national development and unity.

Speaking, NYSC Director General Brigadier General YD Ahmed stated that the Scheme has empowered over three million Ex-Corps Members through its Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development training.

He also highlighted the significant impact of the NYSC Health Initiative for Rural Dwellers (HIRD), which has provided free medical services to millions of indigent Nigerians unable to afford hospital bills.
