Edo State governor Godwin Obaseki has dissolved the State Executive Council (SEC) and expressed appreciation to the cabinet members for their service to the government and people of the state.
The governor through his special adviser on media project, Mr Crusoe Osagie, said the dissolution of the council is with immediate effect. The cabinet was dissolved during the weekly executive council meeting yesterday.
The governor also said from today, all special assistants (SAs) and senior special assistants (SSAs) have been relieved of their appointments.
