Okpebholo Appoints 4 New Commissioners

Edo State governor, Monday Okpebholo, has nominated four persons for appointment as commissioners into his cabinet.

The nominees are Nosa Adams, Yakubu Oshiorenua Musa, Dr Felix Ehiguese Akhabue and Prof Omorodion Ignatius Ikponmwosa.

Approval for the nominees was contained in a special announcement on Friday, signed by the secretary to the state government, Umar Musa Ikhilor.

Ikhilor noted that the names of the nominees would be forwarded to the Edo State House of Assembly for consideration and confirmation.

It would be recalled that Governor Okpebholo is yet to take on the full complement of the executive members of his administration after eight months in office.
