Olukunle Gets African Leader of Integrity Merit Award

Temitope Olukunle, founder of Outnovately Africa and a global talent consultant has been conferred with the prestigious African Leader of Integrity Merit Award for excellence in Human Resources Consultancy and Career Coaching.

The award took place recently in Ghana by the African Integrity Magazine. 

Olukunle, who was at the 18th edition of the African Leadership Development Conference and Awards Confernment held in Ghana, stated that, she was elated as a recipient of the award which came on the heels of her immense contribution to human capacity development as well as excellence in career coaching.  

“I am so honoured that the Advisory Board, Editorial Board and Award Organizing Committee of the 18th African Leadership Development Conference/Awards Conferment considered me worthy for this prestigious award considering the hordes of other competent experts. Sincerely, I do not take it for granted,” she said.

Speaking on the award, the president of African Integrity Magazine, Ambassador Onwordi Onichabor, revealed that, the international recognition of integrity is bestowed on citizens of all nations who have proven themselves as an embodiment of integrity, honesty, transparency and accountability.

“This is an outstanding recognition for people of Integrity who have distinguished themselves in business and notable contributions to society,” he noted.

He stressed that Olukunle’s selection for this noble Award is coming at a time when many as a result of inordinate ambitions have lost their dignity and integrity.

Past Awardees of the African Leadership Award includes Nelson Mandela, Dr. John Dramani Mahama (Ghana President), Bishop Desmond Tutu, Pastor E.A Adeboye, Pat Utomi, Late Kofi Annan, Mr. Femi Falana (SAN, Human Rights Activist), Late Dr. Alex Ekweme (former Vice President of Nigeria) and many other respected Africans.
