Nigerian international and Galatasaray striker, Victor Osimhen, has expressed his delight following Victor Boniface’s return to training with Werder Bremen.
Boniface, currently on loan from Bundesliga leaders Bayer Leverkusen, made his comeback on Wednesday after a three-month spell on the sidelines recovering from a right knee cartilage surgery.
The 25-year-old forward shared a picture of himself training solo on the pitch at Werder Bremen, accompanied by the caption, “God blessing.” Osimhen swiftly responded to the post on X (formerly Twitter), writing, “GOD is the greatest; star boy is back!”
