Remember our friend Rakiya that I spoke of much earlier? When we got back from Dubai, she had come by to Altine’s boutique while I was there. She had come to buy (no, let me sound posh)… to procure some dresses and accessories for her five year old daughter, Farida. I happened to be there because I had just returned from a job interview and needed some morale support from Altine.
