Ekiti State governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji, will today commence a two-week annual leave.

The governor will resume office on Monday, November 24.

A statement by the special adviser (Media) to the governor, Mr Olayinka Oyebode, said, the two-week leave is part of the governor’s statutory annual leave.

He, however, added that the governor will be attending to crucial state matters while on leave.

LEADERSHIP Sunday checks showed that this is the first time Governor Oyebanji will be going on leave since assuming office on October 16, 2022.
