Paris Jackson Seeks Court Order For $600 Million Estate Transfer

Paris Jackson has asked a Los Angeles judge to move about $600 million from Michael Jackson’s estate into a trust intended for her and her brothers, Prince and Bigi.

The filing points to estate accounts showing roughly $850 million in cash and cash-equivalent assets at the end of 2024, which Paris says leaves about $600 million available for transfer.

She argues that the trust, created to provide for the three siblings, has remained unfunded for more than 17 years, despite the estate generating billions of dollars since Michael Jackson died in 2009.

Paris is seeking a court order for a partial transfer of the estate’s assets into the trust. The request would direct funds to the siblings’ established trust, rather than pay the money directly to them.
