With the inauguration of the Campaign Council for Amaopusenibo Siminilayi Fubara and Prof. Ngozi Ordu Governorship by the Peoples Democratic Party PDP Rivers State ably led by Amb. Desmond Akawoh signalled the party’s readiness to deliver all it’s candidates for the 2023 elections.

The announcement of able personalities from the Director General Bro Felix Amaechi Obuah and others into the Council with grassroots pedigree and commitment to delivering the set goals has endeared the people of the state including political watchers to the party making the coming elections a mere walk over.

The traditional acceptance which the party has in the state that was threatened by the defection of former governor Rotimi Amaechi has been boostered by the wonderful performance of His Excellency Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike CON. The performance of the state governor and his kind of politicking has made Rivers State a State to be proud of hence ensuring that people of the state will for sure, repay his good works with massive votes.

The recent award given to the governor by His Excellency, Muhammad Buhari is a complete testament of the fact that the state governor has performed to the envy of others.

Aside the performance of the state governor, the gubernatorial candidate of the party and the deputy are not core politicians with wide political enemies they posses goodwill that will count for the party. With no political controversies around them, they will surely reach out and I think this factor is a major contributor to the recent defections from the major opposition party APC which ostensibly, has decimated them to nothing more than a paper tiger party.

Like I earlier stated, the callibre of persons appointed into the Council as well as the coordinated leadership of the party in the state under Akawoh is legendary. I am a Go Rounder and I have the conviction that as DG Campaign Council, he has the ability to make the elections one if the best whereby the party will deliver all it’s candidates hundred percent. He is an efficient man that brings in his efficiency in whatever duty he is given.

Come May 29th, Rivers People will have the opportunity of electing someone with the capacity and capability to deliver on the magnificent strides of Nyesom Ezenwo Wike and it is the duty of everyone’s hands to be on deck. Forward ever
