Police in Ilorin, Kwara State yesterday picked a new born baby which was abandoned under the Oke-Foma Bridge at Ita-Nma area of the city.

LEADERSHIP Weekend gathered that the baby was dropped by an unidentified person in the early hours of the day. The baby was bathed and fully kitted.
A crowd converged at the spot, wondering why the baby was dropped at such an unhygienic place.
The child was later taken away by the police.
