President Federation Cup: Maikaba Rues Wikki Tourists Defeat To Ikorodu City

Wikki Tourists head coach, Abdulahi Maikaba believes his players showed character, resilience and determination despite the narrow defeat to Ikorodu City.

Wikki Tourists suffered a 1-0 defeat to Ikorodu City in Abuja on Saturday.

Maikaba said his team was just unlucky in the game.

The veteran tactician stated that his team will shift their attention to the Nigeria National League, NNL, Super Eight promotion playoff.

“You all saw how we played,we dominated from start to finish, but the goal just wouldn’t come,” Maikaba told the club’s media.
