The intense final match ended 1-1 after regulation and extra time, with Primal Sporting clinching victory 9-8 in a penalty shootout to claim the N50 million grand prize.

Applebee FC took the lead with a well-executed goal by Raheem Ishola, capitalizing on a brilliant team play. Primal Sporting pushed for an equalizer, coming close with a powerful shot from Hassan Abba that was heroically saved by Applebee’s goalkeeper, deflecting the ball onto the crossbar. In additional time, Primal Sporting’s perseverance paid off as they scored the crucial equalizer, sending the match into extra time. With no further goals, the final was decided by penalties, where Primal Sporting held their nerve to secure the historic win.
