Progressive Young Women Forum Task Youths, Students On Active Participation In Election

The Leadership and members of the Progressive Young Women Forum in Collaboration with the CityBoy Movement took the message of #RenewedHope to the University of Abuja with an Awareness and Sensitization programme for Voters ahead of the February 25th Election.

This is part of efforts to canvass and promote the candidacy of our Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Addressing the youths of Uniabuja, the facilitator, Comrade Gold availed the voters’ information on participation ahead of the general election.

She tasked the young eligible undergraduate voters, with the information they need to know ahead of the election.

On his part, the national chairman of the CityBoy Movement, Hon Shoga Francis called on the registered Youths to come out on Election Day to exercise their franchise. “Your vote is your power,” he said and enjoined the youths to shun election violence, exercise their franchise, secure their future, and choose the right leaders that will get the job done.

Speaking at the programme, the national president of Progressive Young Women Forum, Seun Bosede Osamaye equally encouraged the youths on the need to be proactive and get actively involved in the electoral process.

“This general election will record a high turnout of young voters, which shows that Nigeria Youths have prioritised voting and are ready to be part of governance. She said.

“And we are here to teach you the A-Z of what you need to know ahead of 25th February,” he added.
