Obia, a rising force in Africa’s advertising landscape, was appointed Integrated Strategy Director for Central and West Africa at Publicis Groupe in 2023.

Since assuming the role at the French multinational advertising and public relations firm, he has led strategic initiatives across 22 diverse markets, delivering integrated growth for major brands.

“I’m deeply honoured by this recognition,” Obia said. “This award reaffirms the power of African ideas and strategy to influence global narratives. I dedicate it to every young creative and strategist who dares to push boundaries and redefine what’s possible.”
