The Nigeria Railway Property Management Company Limited (RPMCL) Kaduna has disclosed that it will soon commence renovation of their facilities within the Kaduna railway line.

This is even as the management expressed dissatisfaction with the current state of the facilities stressing the need to put them in good shape for occupants to have good use of them, and also get value for their money.

During the routine taskforce activities carried out by the company on Thursday, ten rented facilities in Kaduna South were sealed by the taskforce.

Addressing newsmen that accompanied the taskforce, the managing director, RPMCL, Mr Timothy Zalanga lamented the non-compliance of the occupants with laid down rules and regulations and vowed to recover debts on all rented facilities.

He explained that despite their initial efforts for the occupants to do their businesses without any form of harassment, they were despised because people thought that they cannot sustain the exercise.

He however reiterated that the government also has the responsibility to ensure that people who conduct businesses in their premises pay their legitimate rent and urged them to see the government as their partners in progress.
