Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has revealed that her parents, who were initially separated, have reunited to fight for her and secure the release of her brother, Sammy West, from detention.
The actress shared news of the family reconciliation on social media, posting pictures of her parents embracing amid tensions with her husband, billionaire politician, Senator Ned Nwoko.
In her Thursday Facebook post, Daniels reflected on the extraordinary moment, writing, “Two concluded sworn enemies reuniting with no negative ulterior motive other than their daughter’s happiness. And I dare question God for putting me in this situation?” She added that her parents were currently in Abuja.
The actress also alluded to ongoing personal challenges, saying, “Sammy’s detainment is taking way too long, but we will get him out even if I have to march there myself and create a storm! Since they want me!”
Highlighting her parents’ personalities, Daniels shared more about their character, saying, “My father is a lawyer. Actually, one of the biggest back in the day, but Nigeria happened.
“I’ll tell you more about my father later, and my mother? She’s a powerhouse! They would do anything for their children. I love you, Mom and Dad! This is all I actually ever wanted.”
