Register Your Children In Public Schools, Adeleke Charges Osun Parents

Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has charged parents and guardians in the state to embrace Osun public schools for academic excellence.

He gave the charge yesterday while flagging off the distribution of exercise books and other instructional materials to public school pupils in Osogbo.

The governor who pledged his commitment to quality education in Osun promised to remain focussed, committed and resolute about his administration’s avowed resolve to getting education right.

“All parents and other stakeholders must repose confidence in the public education system in the State.  Gone are the days of endless strike actions by teachers. 

“Students should endeavour to maximise the opportunities offered by this administration to prepare themselves for a glorious future. 

“On our part as a government, we shall remain focused, committed and resolute about our avowed resolve to get education right”. 

Governor Adeleke used the forum to highlight some of his achievements in the education sector which included, fortifying schools security system by engaging Peace Corps of Nigeria, ongoing process for the recruitment of teachers among others.
