Rental Professional Society of Nigeria (RPSN) has restated its commitment of member and hospitality industry growth.
The Association stated this at its seminar with the theme, ‘From Chaos to Control: Inventory Management Solutions for Event Rentals’ held in Lagos.
This is as the Association collaborates with Vision Company Limited and Stride EPR Limited in helping its member to streamline their business operations.
The president of RPSN, Taiwo Oderinlo stated that “we are excited to kick off today’s event as we come together to launch three key initiatives that mark a significant milestone for our Event Rental Association: a collaboration launch, our inventory management training program, and the mentorship program.”
According to her, our industry thrives on the strength of partnerships, skill-building, and knowledge-sharing. The aim of today’s gathering is not just to announce these initiatives, but to create a solid foundation for long-term success, sustainability, and growth within our association.
She explained that “we begin a new era of partnership within our association. This initiative is designed to foster better collaboration among our members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
“By working together, we can share best practices, streamline operations, and ultimately offer our clients superior service. The collaboration launch will focus on networking, resource-sharing, and co-marketing opportunities that will elevate our collective presence in the market.”
She pointed out that “efficient inventory management is the backbone of a successful event rental business. In this program, we will be covering essential skills, tools, and techniques to optimise stock levels, reduce wastage, and improve turnaround times.
“Whether you are a seasoned professional or new to the industry, this training is tailored to help you master the art of inventory management, ensuring your business remains profitable and scalable.”
Oderinlo noted that the Association has introduced its mentorship program, designed to connect experienced industry professionals with those looking to learn and grow, saying that “this initiative is all about knowledge transfer, personalised guidance, and empowering the next generation of leaders within our industry.
“The relationships forged through this program will not only benefit individual participants but also strengthen our entire association as we build a culture of continuous learning and support.”
