RICOH technical specialist, Gavin Hubbard opined that the software that comes with the RICOH scanner systems is designed so that users would be able to deal with impending cases of error or any defect detected in the scanners with easy procedures on how to correct these errors without much technical know-how.

In the same vein, the product distributor in Nigeria and West Africa, IQ Express Group, Richard Amaechi Ani, averred that Fujitsu is a well-known brand that has been manufacturing for over 40 years and is well known in the IT communication infrastructure sector.

He said: “In the Nigeria market, we are creating awareness about the in-country brands. One can pay for the product and collect it the same day. We provide after-sales support and provide maintenance, training, POS, warranties, claims, and covers. We are creating resellers, sub-distributors, and service partners so that anytime and anywhere the Fujitsu RICOH product is purchased, there is someone next door that can fix it, if need be.”
