Rogers Lauds Governor Uba Sani’s Inclusivity

Co-founder of the Global Impact Awards and Director of the Association of Indigenous Filmmakers and Content Creators of Nigeria, Jane Thomas Rogers has expressed her strong support for Governor Uba

Sani of Kaduna State, lauding his efforts to foster inclusivity and bridge divides in the region.
In a statement, Rogers commended Governor Sani for his solidarity with the Southern Kaduna community during the recently concluded Southern Kaduna Festival (SKFest).

She highlighted the governor’s participation as a significant shift from the previous administration’s approach, which she described as marked by neglect and disdain for her people.

“Governor Uba Sani has shown genuine affection, support, and inclusivity through his administration’s conscious efforts to bridge ethnic and religious divides,” Rogers said.

The Southern Kaduna Festival, an annual event celebrating the region’s rich cultural heritage, received commendation for its role in promoting unity and dialogue.
