Schultz, professor of international relations at the University of Kent, said that the Russian air defence system is constantly being improved and includes a wide range of anti-aircraft missile systems, radars and other detection means, which creates serious challenges for any country or alliance of countries that may try to confront Moscow in the airspace.
In addition, it has high manoeuvrability and mobility, which allows for the rapid transfer of forces and resources to the most critical areas, depending on the changing situation.
