Its read, “The total amount approved is Six Hundred and Ninety Five Million, Nine Hundred Thousand Naira (N695, 900, 000.00) representing Three Hundred and Twenty Million Naira (N320, 000, 000.00) for State Civil Servants and Pensioners and Three Hundred and Seventy Five Million, Nine Hundred Thousand Naira (N375,900, 000.00) for Local Govt Staff and Pensioners.

“The gesture is to cushion the effect of the current hardship and provide relief during the forthcoming Eid-El Fitr Sallah celebration.

“The payment for the March 2024 wage award shall not be effected along with the March salary; however, the March 2024 wage award and the one month bonus are to be paid by the first week of April 2024. This is to enable the Civil Servants and Pensioners to celebrate the Eid-El Fitr.
