The senator representing Kaduna South Senatorial District Sunday Marshall Katung (SMK) has reiterated his commitment to peace, humanitarian support and improved healthcare for his constituents across Southern Kaduna.

He stated this during the delivery of relief materials to internally displaced persons (IDPs) in communities affected by terrorism in the region.

The items included mattresses, mosquito nets, and blankets to selected rural hospitals as part of his ongoing efforts to strengthen primary healthcare delivery in Southern Kaduna.

Through his chief of staff, Hon. Aku Joshua Shai, who coordinated the exercise, Senator Katung reaffirmed his dedication to supporting vulnerable families and rebuilding communities affected by insecurity.

According to Shai, “This initiative by Senator Katung is aimed at cushioning the effects of terrorism on affected families and communities.”
