Shettima Visits El-Rufai, Condoles Over Mother’s Death

Vice President Kashim Shettima has arrived at the Abuja residence of the former Governor of Kaduna State, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, to personally offer his condolences following the passing of the former governor’s mother, Hajiya Umma El-Rufai.

Hajiya Umma passed away in Cairo, Egypt, on Friday after a brief illness at an advanced age.

During the visit, Shettima described the deceased as a woman of great virtue and a pillar of strength for her family.

He offered prayers for the repose of her soul and for the El-Rufai family to find the strength to navigate this difficult period of mourning.
