The project is aimed at improving access to potable water and addressing persistent water supply challenges in Jalingo and neighbouring communities.
The contract was signed at the ACReSAL office in Jalingo by the Project Coordinator, Dr. Yakubu Clement Giwa, on behalf of the state government, and the Project Manager of Prezzo Shed Ltd, Ufomba Amaije Henry.
Speaking at the contract presentation, Giwa, who represented Governor Agbu Kefas and the ACReSAL Steering Committee, urged the contractor to comply strictly with the terms of the agreement and ensure timely delivery of the project.

Giwa added that the project underscored the state government’s commitment to implementing development interventions aimed at improving residents’ living conditions.
In his response, Henry expressed appreciation to ACReSAL for the opportunity, acknowledging the competitive nature of the bidding process.
