The much-anticipated TEDxKubwa 2025 event, held on February 22, was a resounding success, drawing an audience of forward-thinkers, innovators, and change-makers from across the country. Under the theme “Win-Win!”, the event explored thought-provoking ideas that emphasized collaboration, sustainability, and mutual growth.
The event, expertly curated by Uchenna Elite-Attah, the Primary Licensee and Organizer, featured a dynamic lineup of speakers who delivered powerful talks spanning politics, journalism, arts, comedy, and social impact. One of the highlights of the event was an art exhibition by Seun Adebayo, the Diligent Artist, who captivated the audience with his comparison of the National Youth Service Corps obstacle course to a life of success. The performance beautifully illustrated how life, much like the obstacle course, unfolds in stages.
Among the distinguished speakers were Barr. Deji Adeyanju, a fearless advocate and public affairs analyst who examined the meaning of true political leadership, and Fred Adetiba, a renowned thought leader in personal and social transformation whose talk centered on the power of organizing. The event also featured MC Miti, a dynamic comedian and storyteller, Dr. Joy Asonye, a broadcast journalist, and Awinnah Bitrus, a multifaceted creative who spoke on the power of your voice.
The audience, which included professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and creatives, engaged actively in discussions, making TEDxKubwa 2025 a hub for networking, idea exchange, and inspiration.
In her closing remarks, Uchenna Elite-Attah expressed gratitude to the speakers, attendees, partners, and volunteers who contributed to the event’s success. “This event was a testament to the power of collaboration and shared ideas. What we are building here with TEDxKubwa is more than just the event—we building an active community of people passionate about change, innovation, and ideas” she said.
As TEDxKubwa continues to grow, it remains a vital platform for amplifying voices that inspire action and drive meaningful change in society.
