A United Kingdom-based organisation, TEXEM, has celebrated the appointment of Senator Hassan Ibrahim Hadejia as the deputy chief of staff to President Bola Tinubu.

The organisation in a statement that was signed by founder of TEXEM, Dr. Alim Abubakre, said the highly anticipated role marks a significant milestone in Senator Hadejia’s esteemed career and promises a prosperous future for Nigeria under his dynamic and visionary leadership.

TEXEM, renowned for assisting leaders and organisations in optimising their capability to succeed, offers a unique perspective on Senator Hassan Ibrahim Hadejia’s abilities.

With over 13 years of experience working with accomplished leaders, including ministers, governors, senators, vice-chancellors, professors, and judges, TEXEM acknowledged Senator Hadejia’s unparalleled achievements as truly exceptional.

Among the more than four thousand executives TEXEM has served, the organisation said Sen Hadejia stands out as the first to consistently excel in three out of four assessments conducted over three consecutive days.

It said this extraordinary feat showcases his strategic leadership, exceptional emotional intelligence, and meticulous attention to detail.

The organisation said Senator Hadejia participated in TEXEM’s “Optimizing Legislative Impact” program held in Birmingham, UK from July 5th to 9th, 2021. The programme allowed legislators to challenge assumptions, network, share best practices, and brainstorm strategies for inclusive growth and nation-building. Notably, the Senator’s commendable punctuality—never arriving late for any session—demonstrates his discipline and dedication.

“TEXEM joins Nigeria and the entire African continent in congratulating the Federal Republic of Nigeria for selecting such an illustrious, dynamic, and impactful leader.

“Senator Hadejia’s impressive track record, attention to detail, and strong moral compass make him an ideal candidate for the deputy chief of staff position.

“His extensive experience in both the public and private sectors will undoubtedly contribute to sustainable, inclusive growth and nation-building,” the statement said.
