The above topic may be confusing to many people. Yet the discuss is informed by the deliberate misleading in the teaching of the divine religion, informed by motives other than the objective for which it was revealed, ab initio.

At the center if it all are the ignorant muslims, who niether know the religion, nor have the capacity to understand the deadly motive of those who direct the affairs of their religion towards a particular direction for their selfish ends.

These actors control what the believers see and hear and what instructions they get. Among them are leaders and shiekhs of various religious sects, and political leaders as well as fiefdom chiefs and traditional rulers, who feel that only through the control of the beliefs of the people would they control the followers.

This has led to sectoral and community violence, growth of religious extremists, ideologies and hatred among Muslims and their neigbours and has reach global proportions.

This very conflict which began at the death of the Holy Prophet of Islam with break away factions that define their new beliefs and rules, with thousands of other factions who became self acclaimed perfectionists through new concepts that are contrary to the original teachings of Islam.Of course not forgetting Maryam Sanda, who killed her husband in cold blood.

Scores of Muslims in Nigeria have been and are in IDP camps, they were victims of banditry invasions and attacks, thousand have been killed and many towns and villages have been burnt down, yet the Muslims who are the leaders of this region and their national leaders have been paying lip service to the great crisis which lasted over a decade.

Such leaders have become toothless bulldogs. And of course the crisis in the nation doesn’t bother them as they travel abroad for medical treatment every time while their kids are either in expensive private schools in Nigeria or abroad.

While travelling, they have all the security protection. They have acquired tremendous dirty wealth for themselves and their families from the public till.

The army of beggars seen all over the Hausa land and in all big cities is a pointer to carelessness and neglect of a clear cut policy. And of course the millions of Almajiris roaming the street, some of whom were dumped in the streets of Maiduguri , the Borno state capital, came all the way from the northwestern states of Nigeria.

Poverty, bad governance and corruption have pushed the citizens to the wall such that crime have become a matter of choice. Travelling between the Muslim majority states have become a nightmare now, one either gets robbed or abducted and millions of Naira is demanded as ransom.

Such incidents have become daily occurrence. Even the train that is safe has been attacked and passengers were either killed or abducted.

And just recently terrorist went and invaded the Kuje prison to release their fellow members. And the federal government came out to tell every one that the terrorists have superior fire power.

The Islamic scholars who were concerned more about filling their pockets from PR and handouts come the from same corrupt sources.

(would rather comment on sect related activities..condemn and further decide the Muslims..Unlike the churches,.no seminar on enterprenuership or well being.) Delete.

It is these kind of secterianism condemnation and decision that led to secterianism and violence that made the Boko Haram to hold sway for over a decade, and now the Islamic State for West Africa and Ansar, are also holding sway, aside the various bandit camps across the nation.

Yet it is very disappointing and disheartening that some highly placed intellectuals, who chose to be selfish, would down play the numerous problems the Muslims are facing. They pretend to be moral and that such problems should not be discussed, and that regarding marriages so many divorce is happening because the women cannot obey simple instructions from their husbands.

Many of such arrogant people who deny the problems are themselves victims of such domestic problems. Just attend the Sharia courts, some of the litigations bother on either denials of conjugal relations, stealing from the spouse or violence, there are even cases of murder and violence, and these are all Muslims.

The Muslim Ummah all over the world have many self inflicted injuries. What is happening in other places would continue to be a child’s play, with teeming population and millions of youths, male and female, living in poverty and lack of skills, with no leadership or role models.

Yet some buy drugs and engage the youths and initiate them into thuggery and violence.

Yan sa Kai, Yan Kalare, Yan Sara Suka and ECOMOG among others. The family members or kids of such organisers would never be part of them and many of their kids are drunkards and drug addicts ending up at rehabilitation centers every month.

It doesn’t matter how much the Northern Muslims fast and pray, so long as they live on denials and refuse to accept their failures and face their problem head on, the problems would never go away.

The hypocrites are everywhere.
