Tinubu To Establish Community-based Peace Committees Nationwide – Gbajabiamila

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu plans to establish community-based Peace Committees nationwide to ensure peace and stability.

The president’s chief of staff, Mr Femi Gbajabiamila, stated this on behalf of the president while speaking at the Northern Traditional Rulers Assembly Meeting held in Birnin Kebbi.

President Tinubu further highlighted the importance of empowering women and youths through education, economic opportunities, and leadership training to prevent violent extremism.

He stressed that community participation in decision-making is key to building trust and sustaining peace.
Tinubu commended Governor Idris for his administration’s peace-building efforts in Kebbi State and assured him of the federal government’s continued support.
