Tinubu Visits Borno To Commission Projects Saturday

President Bola Tinubu is billed to visit Maiduguri on Saturday to commission some projects executed by Governor Babagana Zulum in Borno State.

The President’s visit was announced in a statement on Friday in Maiduguri by the State’s Commissioner of Information and Internal Security, Professor Usman Tar.

“The Government and good people of Borno State welcome the President, Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, as he conducts a working visit on Saturday 20th December 2025, to commission laudable projects of the Zulum Administration,” Professor Tar said.

The state government requested members of the public to turn out en masse to welcome the President, and to demonstrate the highest level of decorum and orderly conduct.

“Let us showcase Borno as the Home of Peace, law and order,” the statement said.
