Osatimehin also expressed optimism in the ability of President Tinubu to deliver on his mandate based on his track records as a trained accountant and former governor of Lagos State.

He said his capacity and intellectual competency as well as mentorship to about 80 percent of Nigerian politicians would no doubt go a long way in contributing to his performance in office.

“We declare our unalloyed loyalty to President’s vision and mission for Nigeria ‘s National Security and we pray and hope that the dream of the nation for an efficient community and Forest counter-terror armed fighters will be realized in his tenure as the nation awaits his assent to our Bill,” he said.
