The National Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the North West, Hon. Garba Datti Muhammad, has congratulated Vice President Kashim Shettima, on his re-nomination as vice-presidential candidate of the APC by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The APC National Vice Chairman (North-West) thanked President Tinubu for taking the right decision in nominating the Vice President whom he described as a very loyal, committed, competent and dependable ally.
Datti described the decision as “a strategic political calculation by the President that will make the 2027 election much easier for the APC to emerge victorious.”
“I sincerely congratulate the Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima on his re-nomination by the President. This action by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a demonstration of his trust and confidence in the Vice President. So far, Nigeria and Nigerians are well pleased with the vice president for his loyalty and commitment to his fatherland.
“The President has once again displayed his political sagacity with this decision. The APC remains the party to beat in the next general elections.
“May I use this medium to call on the teeming members of our party and every well-meaning Nigerian to continue to support the APC administration as it works tirelessly to deliver on its mandate,” Datti said.
