Speaking at an event to mark the International Day of Mathematics at the school organised by Real Life Mathematics, she said all students should be treated equally by parents, guardians and teachers.

According to her, such awareness had been ongoing over the years on television and  elsewhere, even in schools, and it should continue in order to make society a better place.

Speaking on the theme: ‘Math Against Gender Based Violence,’ she said; “The topic came to me, I was looking at how it’s going to be both the topic and the way it’s narrated you today now as leaders. When you live, everybody counts in society.”

She commended the convener of Real Life Mathematics, Mr. Joshua Ebeazor, one of the teachers of the school as well as the Parents Teachers Association (PTA) for being committed to the teaching of Mathematics.
