Troops Commended Over Professionalism, Commitment

The General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 2 Division, Nigerian Army, Major General Chinedu Ralph Nnebeife, has praised the professionalism, discipline, and commitment of the troops of 12 Brigade in Lokoja.

He charged them to remain loyal and dedicated to their duties while sustaining the tempo of operations and cooperating with sister security agencies and other stakeholders to ensure lasting peace and security within their area of responsibility.

According to Lt. Hassan Abdullahi, Acting Assistant Director, Army Public Relations, 12 Brigade Nigerian Army, General Nnebeife stated this on Tuesday during his visit to the headquarters of 12 Brigade Nigerian Army.

Abdullahi said during the visit, Nnebeife commissioned projects executed by the Brigade in furtherance of personnel welfare and improved operational efficiency.

During the visit, the GOC commissioned the remodelled Quarter Guard as well as three blocks of two-bedroom two-family semi-detached Senior Non-Commissioned Officers’ Quarters. He also inspected the renovated National Youth Service Corps Members’ Lodge and expressed satisfaction with the standard of work done.

He commended the Brigade leadership for its focus on welfare and provision of a conducive working and living environment for troops.
