Kaduna State government has commenced the construction of 5.5 kilometers asphalt road linking the Tudun Biri village mistakenly bombed by the military drone last year December.

Governor Uba Sani, who performed the ground breaking ceremony said his government is also constructing Skills Acquisition Centre and Modern Primary Healthcare Centre to serve Tudun Biri and other neighbouring villages affected by the ill-fated.

Eighty villagers of Tudun Biri were accidentally killed and few others injured in a military drone.

At the ground breaking ceremony, Governor Sani said the projects when completed will open up the development of the community as the road will link Tudun Biri and other neighbouring communities to the markets.

Sani said: ”Two days after the unfortunate drone accident, I promised the people of Tudun Biri that by the grace of God, we will improve the infrastructure of the village, build a road for them, build the hospital, as well as skills acquisition centre. By the grace of God, today we are here to fulfill our promise.”
