Social media has been going crazy after a Topps collectable card was discovered and is set to sell at auction for an eye-watering £100k ($130k). The one-of-a-kind dual Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi signed item is ultra rare and is part of the “Topps Messi-Ronaldo Dual Auto 1/1 Superfractor card” set.

Having a rare one-of-a-kind item is one thing, but to have it signed by two of the greatest football players of all time explains why it has risen into the media’s spotlight. Many fanatics would opt to keep hold of the unique card but the chance to make a six-figure sum would be a tempting offer for any person across the globe.

The card was discovered by a collector named Ryan from Bedfordshire. He paid just £27 ($35) before receiving multiple offers after revealing his find. He said: “It was a complete shock. I had no idea it was so valuable until I started getting offers of £45k plus within 30 minutes of the reveal. It was a surreal 24 hours.”
