Unitrust Insurance Company Limited says it is offering innovative insurance solutions that will strengthen Small and Medium Scale Enterprise (SMEs) for sustainable growth.

The Company said it is committed to advancing commerce, entrepreneurship, and economic resilience, particularly within regional economies like Oyo State.

Managing director/CEO, Unitrust Insurance, Adedayo Arowojolu, speaking on sponsorship of the Oyo State International Trade Fair 2025 held recently at the Permanent International Trade Fair Complex in Ibadan said, “As a proudly Nigerian brand, we are honoured to partner with OYCCIMA on this impactful initiative,” said the

“Our support for the trade fair reflects our dedication to enabling resilient businesses through innovative insurance solutions tailored to today’s entrepreneurs and SMEs.”

This year’s event, themed “Driving Innovation and Sustainable Growth through Strategic Partnerships,” brought together a mix of local and international businesses, entrepreneurs, associations, investors, and business and political leaders.

Throughout the event, Unitrust engaged hundreds of participants at its exhibition pavilion. Visitors interacted with seasoned insurance professionals and explored UNIS, the company’s new digital insurance platform. The team pitched in diverse ways how the company helps businesses manage risks while scaling operations.

The trade fair featured a robust lineup of panel discussions, B2B networking, product demos, and thematic sessions emphasizing the vital role of insurance in business continuity and long-term growth, an area in which Unitrust is leading through its dynamic product offerings.

A standout moment was Unitrust’s on-stage presentations, amplified by on-site loudspeakers, which attracted large crowds and funnelled interest to their booth. The company’s interview with IBR 92.5 FM, delivered in Yoruba, further demonstrated Unitrust’s cultural inclusivity and deep connection with the local community.

Unitrust Insurance’s strategic involvement in the Oyo State International Trade Fair underscores its mission to foster economic development, promote financial inclusion, and empower businesses across Nigeria with tailored, innovative insurance solutions.
